Late Policy:
For 1 Hour Sessions ( 60 minutes)
If you are more than 10 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, it may be considered a no-show and canceled. Please refer to the No Show Policy.
For 30 Minute Appointments:
If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, it is considered a no-show and canceled and is not eligible to be rescheduled. Please refer to the No Show Policy.
No-Show Policy:
Failure to show up for your scheduled appointment will result in your appointment being canceled and ineligible for a refund and the option to reschedule.
Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel your appointment for any reason, you must do so no later than 24 hours prior to your appointment time in order to receive a full refund or reschedule your session. Cancellations/rescheduling must be done in writing via email at Leolarosepsychic@gmail.com
Zoom Video Call:
To begin your scheduled video call appointment, you must click on the Zoom link provided in your appointment confirmation email. Please check your spam folder if you haven't received your confirmation email. It is important that you test out your Zoom meeting link before your scheduled appointment to make there are no issues with the link.
