No-Show Policy:

Failure to show up for your scheduled appointment will result in your appointment being canceled and ineligible for a refund and the option to reschedule.

• Please remember your appointment date and time. I am not responsible if you miss your appointment. If you would like to reschedule, you can do so at your convenience. 

 When you book your appointment, you have the flexibility to choose a date and time that works for you so it's important to keep track of that date and time. You will get an email confirmation after you book, and a separate email with all of your appointment information, including your zoom link that is needed for the appointment. As a courtesy, you will also receive an appointment reminder 7 days before your scheduled session from this email address : admin@apntly.com but please note, sometimes it will go to your spam if your email filters it out. 

Late Policy:

For 1 Hour Sessions ( 60 minutes)

If you are more than 10 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, it is considered a no-show and canceled. Please refer to the No Show Policy. 

For 45 Minute Appointments:

If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, it is considered a no-show and canceled. Please refer to the No Show Policy.

For 30 Minute Appointments:

If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, it is considered a no-show and canceled. Please refer to the Cancellation Policy.

No-Show Policy:

Failure to show up for your scheduled appointment will result in your appointment being canceled and ineligible for a refund and the option to reschedule.

Cancellation Policy: 

If you need to cancel your appointment for any reason, you must do so no later than 48 hours prior to your appointment time in order to receive a full refund or reschedule your session. Cancellations/rescheduling must be done in writing via email at Leolarosepsychic@gmail.com

 If you are running behind for your appointment and I don't hear from you within the timeframe of your scheduled time, your appointment will automatically be considered a no call- no show.

Please note that all missed appointments that are eligible to be rescheduled will be pushed to the back of the line and experience the normal wait time for the type of appointment that was scheduled.

Missed appointments that are eligible to be rescheduled must pay the reschedule fee.

I understand that there are emergency situations which cannot be avoided, such situations will be considered on an individual basis.
